Main Auditorium

The Theatre’s main auditorium is an intimate, accessible, flexible space with raked seating (up to 350 seats max) and can be hired out for meetings, conferences or corporate events (subject to availability).

• Full technical support including sound, lighting and video
• infrared system installed which can assist those with hearing impairment

Hospitality Suite
£30 per hour (+ VAT)

The Octagon’s stylish, conference and hospitality suite is a favourite with local businesses and is in much demand. This unique space offers and fabulous views over Bolton's historic Le Mans Crescent. The suite can be set-up according to your needs with seating for up to 40 people in theatre style and 25 people in boardroom style

• Projector screen, flipchart and TV/DVD are available to hire
• Experienced on-site caterers
• Fully accessible to all patrons

William Hare Bar
£30 per hour (+ VAT)

The William Hare Bar, benefitting from floor to ceiling windows providing wonderful views, is ideal for informal meetings, workshops and events. This area is particularly suitable for events requiring group work as the groups can be located in different areas of the bar. Why not consider hiring the Hospitality Suite as a break-out area?

• Maximum capacity of 100 (standing) but can be adapted to theatre style (30 people) and boardroom style (12 people)
• Projector screen, flipchart and TV/DVD are available to hire
• Expercienced on site caterers
• Fully accessible to all patrons

The Bill Naughton Studio Theatre (BNT)

The Octagon’s intimate studio theatre provides seating for up to 75 people and can be used as a lecture or meeting room. the space is equipped with full technical facilities and is fully accessible to all patrons.
