The Octagon Theatre, Bolton is one of the most successful
producing theatres in the North West. Sponsorship
opportunities exist to associate your brand with up
to 9 in-house productions per year, including world
premieres of new plays by acclaimed writers and plays
with a distinct northern flavour performed by well
known actors.
A complete sponsorship package is created to complement
your company’s corporate and community objectives,
aiming to achieve maximum impact and exposure in all
areas. This includes heightened brand awareness and
positioning, advertising and logo recognition and
the generation of local, regional and national PR
opportunities.
The Octagon Theatre believes that the key to a successful
partnership is flexibility and involvement. Whilst
tangible opportunities are available, packages can
be tailor-made to meet your requirements, including
exclusivity in your own sector.
Benefits that Production Sponsors receive include:
- Logo placement on the front of all printed material
for the production – programmes, posters,
flyers and display adverts.
- Acknowledgement of your company in all other programmes
(up to 9 productions in total per year, including
the festive season production).
- Full-page colour advert in the production programme.
- Acknowledgement in all media releases relating
to the production.
- Acknowledgement in all direct mail letters and
e-newsletters relating to the production.
- Logo placement on the Octagon’s award-winning
website in relation to the production (over 250,000
hits per annum).
- Logo placement on all invitations issue to corporate
hospitality members and VIP invite lists.
- Display of your company’s banner in the
theatre foyer during the production and / or on
the exterior of the building depending upon requirements.
- Acknowledgement by foyer announcement system before
each and every performance of the production.
- Inclusion in the supporters’ Roll of Honour
in the theatre foyer and also in the corporate hospitality
suite.
- Corporate hospitality event with 50 complimentary
tickets.
- Opportunities to meet the cast and photo opportunities.
- Opportunities to engage with Octagon’s Artistic
and Management Staff for business training and development
purposes.
