		By telephone - 01204 520661 Octagon Theatre tickets can be booked over the phone during the day and an answering machine operates outside Ticket Office hours for your convenience. When booking tickets by telephone, remember to have your debit or credit card with you; please note that a non-cash transaction and tickets postage charge of 50p applies per booking. Reserved tickets can be held for up to 3 working days without payment.
		Book tickets online through our Online booking system You can now book tickets online for productions at the Octagon Theatre via this website. Simply choose the production(s) you wish to purchase tickets for and click on the 'Book Now' button on the What's On diary or individual production page, or in the top right hand corner of this page. Please note for bookings made online a small booking fee will apply.
		Payment We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta, Solo and Electron cards. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Octagon Theatre Trust Ltd.’. Theatre Tokens are also sold and accepted. Please note that a non-cash transaction and tickets postage charge of 50p applies per booking.
		Ticket Exchange Tickets may be exchanged for another performance (of the same production), subject to availability. In order to make the exchange, please notify the box office and ensure tickets are returned at least 24 hours prior to the performance date your were originally due to attend.  All exchanges are subject to a £1 administration charge.  We regret we are unable to offer ticket  refunds.
		Theatre Tokens Theatre Tokens are on sale and make a distinctive and unique present for any occasion. Tokens start from just £1 and are available from the Ticket Office.
